Can I still accept an invitation when a bet has been started?
No, once the initiator has started the bet, no new participants can be added; even if they have a pending invitation.
Can I invite other Players as a Participant?
Currently, only the Initiator can invite other players to participate by using the ‘Add Players’ functionality. Participants need to have downloaded the app and created a username before the Initiator can invite them to participate in a bet.
Is my information secure?
We take data privacy very seriously. Any personal information provided to Bula Technologies is stored securely and audited by an independent third-party cyber security firm.

Why am I being asked to verify my account?
To keep Bula fair, safe, and in compliance with laws around skill-based play, we may ask for identity verification — especially before enabling certain features like depositing or withdrawing money. We’ll always guide you through the steps in-app.
Can I change my Bula username?
Usernames are locked once chosen at registration.
Can I change the email address on my Bula account?

Why am I getting a “Duplicate Account” message?

Can I create multiple Bula accounts?
No. To ensure fair play and accurate tracking, each user may only have one active Bula account. Creating multiple accounts will result in account suspension, and any funds will be inaccessbile.
What is Bula’s behavior policy?
In the future, we will add messaging to the app. We don’t tolerate bullying. Trashtalking yes, being annoying no. Annoying other users, racism, hate speech, harassment, threats, or extremely vulgar language is not tolerated. Violations in any or outside of the above may result in a silence on Bula Instant Bets or a complete ban from the platform at our sole discretion.Ultimately - Bula reserves the right to ban users for any reason at any time. How does Bula display my playable balance? Once wallet features are live, your playable balance will reflect funds available for entering bets. This will exclude any locked (in-play) bets, funds in pending or transactions under review.
What are the definitions of Balance Details (Playable Cash, In In Play, Pending)? Your Bula Wallet is made up of three components that show where your funds currently are in the system:
Playable Cash: This is the amount of money immediately available in your Bula wallet to start or join new bets, or to withdraw. It includes any completed deposits and settled winnings that are not currently tied up in active (open or locked) bets.
In Play: These are funds that are currently committed to active bets. Bets can be Open for others to join, or Locked. Once a bet is completed and settlements are confirmed, funds will automatically update — with your winnings returning to your Playable Cash. Lost stakes will be distributed to the Winner(s).
Pending: Funds shown as Pending are transactions that are still being verified or processed — such as deposits awaiting bank approval, withdrawals under review, or funds in transit to wallets.
Where do I find my transaction history?
You can view your transaction history from the Finance Center by tapping Transaction History in the app.
How do pending transactions affect my Bula wallet balance?
Pending bets or disputed results may temporarily affect your visible balance until outcomes are determined by the initiator. These won’t be reflected as final until the Initiator has determined the Winner(s) and winnings are distributed automatically.
Does Bula charge an inactivity fee?

Yes. Bula will not function correctly with a VPN, proxy, or remote desktop active. These tools can block location verification or trigger fraud detection protocols. To play, disable these services and connect directly.

How do I deposit funds into my Bula account? Once the Bula Wallet is live, you’ll be able to add funds via Apple Pay, credit/debit card, or online banking (logging into your bank). If you’re within the U.S. and using Discover, Visa or Mastercard, you can use Apple Pay. Just go to the Deposit tab under Account, add/select your preferred method, enter the amount, and confirm.
What is the deposit limit on Bula?To encourage responsible play and to avoid money laundering, minimum deposit is $25. The maximum deposit is $1,000 per day.

Go to Account > Financial Center > Payment Methods. You’ll be able to remove or update saved cards and bank accounts.
Can I request a refund of my deposit?

Can I use someone else's payment method to deposit?
